  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect purchase, or personal preference.

  • Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival. We do NOT take blame for the carrier's handling.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund due to a defect:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide clear proof of the defect, which may include photographs or videos showing the issue.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (unless the defect is only visible after opening).

3. Verification Process

  • Once we receive your claim, our team will review the evidence provided.

  • If the defect is confirmed, we will offer either:

    • A replacement product at no additional cost, or

    • A full refund to your original payment method and the item sent back

  • If the claim cannot be verified, the product will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Claims made after the 3-day window.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage caused after delivery.

  • Lack of sufficient proof of the defect.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipping.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us only in cases where the product is confirmed defective.
